Dan has practiced law in Franklin County, Missouri since 1990. Dan began his career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Kenneth W. Shrum of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District. Dan came to Franklin County in December 1990 as an Associate with the Law Firm of Richard D. Dempsey where he practiced until July of 1992 when he became as Assoicate in the Law Firm of Joseph R. Aubuchon in Union, Missouri.
In September 2004 Dan joined two other attorneys and formed the Law Offices of Leslie, Spieler and Fulford LLC where he practiced until March of 2015 when he formed his office Daniel E. Leslie, Attroney at Law.
Dan serves as Municipal Judge for the cities of Gerald, Pacific, Berger and Gasconade, Missouri. Outside of the practice of law, Dan teaches part time for Central Methodist and Missouri Baptist Universities. Dan serves as the Director of Football Operations at Missouri Baptist University. Dan is married to wife Glenda for 32 years and has two adult children.
