ABOUT DAN LESLIE

    Dan Leslie practices in the area of domestic relations, dissolution, paternity, modification and child custody, civil litigation, personal injury, estate planning and criminal defense.  Dan grew up in Kansas City, Missouri.

     Dan has practiced law in Franklin County, Missouri since 1990.  Dan began his career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Kenneth W. Shrum of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District.  Dan came to Franklin County in December 1990 as an Associate with the Law Firm of Richard D. Dempsey where he practiced until July of 1992 when he became as Assoicate in the Law Firm of Joseph R. Aubuchon in Union, Missouri.

     In September 2004 Dan joined two other attorneys and formed the Law Offices of Leslie, Spieler and Fulford LLC where he practiced until March of 2015 when he formed his office Daniel E. Leslie, Attroney at Law.

     Dan serves as Municipal Judge for the cities of Gerald, Pacific, Berger and Gasconade, Missouri.  Outside of the practice of law, Dan teaches part time for Central Methodist and Missouri Baptist Universities.  Dan serves as the Director of Football Operations at Missouri Baptist University.  Dan is married to wife Glenda for 32 years and has two adult children.

ABOUT SCOTT FULFORD

     Scott's practice is focused primarily on the area of criminal defense ranging from complex felony trial work to traffic tickets.  Scott also has an active practice in domestic relations, dissolution, modification, paternity, guardianship, adoption, personal injury, and juvenile court cases.

     Scott has practiced Law in Missouri since 1991, and moved from O'Fallon Illinois to Washington, Missouri in 2000, when he became an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Franklin County.  In 2004, he opened a law firm in Union, Missouri with his partners, Dan Leslie and Bill Spieler.  Scott continues to office share, and work closely with Mr. Leslie following Mr. Spieler's retirement.

     Scott is a past President and Vice President of the Franklin County Bar Assoication.  Scott is the Municipal Judge for New Haven, Missouri, and the Municipal Prosecuting Attorney for Owensville, Missouri.  Scott is also a member of the Franklin County Drug and DWI Court teams.
